Refund & Return Policy

At Naqqash Sports LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Items marked as final sale

Customized or personalized products

Items that appear used, damaged, or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days – Free on orders over $50 / $4.99 under $50

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days – $9.99

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day – $24.99
